Is the beginner someone who used to run but started doing weight lifting? Or are the beginners someone who just wants to show off his guns? In this muscleblaze beginners protein review, I would like to share how bad marketing of whey protein happens.

Firstly I do not see Muscleblaze beginners protein as a whey protein powder at all!! It is just a cheap mass gainer branded as beginner whey protein.

No there are not any, this company itself recommends drinking half scoops for first 5 days to prevent any stomach issues.

Is muscleblaze beginner’s protein is good or bad?

In my opinion you should not buy this, rather buy another protein even from muscleblaze itself.

If you are the beginner who is still in college or does not have much budget to offer then get some other protein powder that has low carb content.
