I used to buy Sundrop peanut butter from big bazar and as it was not available in the stores near me I would buy 3-4 462 grams of jar of it. It is cost around 250 INR still as it was back in 2016. Here is my sundrop peanut butter review – I have used it for a long time as there was not much other variants were available and I was not into buying peanut butter online.
In short Sundrop Peanut butter Review
Sundrop peanut butters are tasty and a good source of protein and good fat for anyone who wants to gain weight or into athletic performance. But it has added sugars which are turn off for many!
Sundrop peanut butter creamy has 8 grams of protein per 30 grams serving. A total of 25% protein is available. Sundrop peanut butter is not a natural peanut butter, there are sugar and preservatives. But if you want to bulk and like the taste of Sundrop peanut butter then you can have it over natural peanut butters. Otherwise fitness freaks should not get this one.
I really like the taste of Sundrop peanut butter honey roasted creamy version. Even though sundrop peanut butter has 1 gram less protein than Pintola, Alpino I would still eat it due to its taste.
Caution: It has added Sugar, Preservatives but it is tasty.

⭐ Best Peanut Butter for Gym in India
Sundrop Peanut Butter Benefits
In my review of Sundrop peanut butter I would say that this is a power packed food with 87% peanuts weights only. Peanuts are roasted by the way.
As a whole each variant of sundrop peanut butter contains 25% natural protein from peanuts. While their honey roasted version has 20% protein content.
Although I find that more tasty than any other peanut butter on the market.
This peanut butter is also a source of dietary fiver that helps maintain a healthy digestive system.
Contains no trans fat but does contain good fat that helps a healthy heart and contains 0 cholesterol.
Since peanut butters are high in protein and high in calorie it is used by body builders or athletes as a good source of calorie and protein. I would not recommend much dosages of peanut butter if you are over weight and want to lose weight.
But if you can maintain a healthy diet that is not eating junk foods and are working out in a gym then you can eat Sundrop peanut butter everyday.
How to use Sundrop Peanut Butter for weight gain

I used the honey roasted creamy variant with sandwich and rooti making a roll.
I have also used it with oats and milk as breakfast – you will need a mixer for it. I did not have it so it did not turn out well.
You have to eat a lot of small meals throughout the day.
If you can peanut butter in most of the meals, then you will be able to significantly increase the total calorie intake.
Otherwise, as per few studies like this (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2683001/) say that adding nuts into diet might help control weight.
