Creating a home gym plan design is not an easy task but not rocket science either. My advice will be to go the easy way. It is important to start and not delay.
Clear out a corner or a room to dedicate to your new home gym. Next, set a reasonable budget for any new equipment you want to purchase.
Don’t go overboard buying everything at once. Start with some basic free weights, resistance bands, or a yoga mat.
You can always add more specialized machines later on. The most important thing is to craft a workout routine that fits your schedule and fitness goals.
