Even if your sweat gets on it, then you should wipe it off dry before storing them.

Thick bands lasts longer since they are big in width and thickness. But these can be hard to use due to their strong nature. But you’ll be able to increase the resistance for a more challenging workout.

Anchor The Band
It is important to anchor the band securely during resistance band training to avoid injury. There are many types of anchors that can be used.
Usually, pick the tube bands with large-sized carabiners. If needed to use another set of carabiners as I do.
For top mounting, hang the bands vertically and set the loop inside of the knot. Slide the tube into the knot to form an attachment handle.
Do not over-stretch bands three times their length.
Anchor the band to a sturdy surface and use caution when stretching the band far away from your body; be aware of how much tension you are putting on the band at all times.
